Competition Rules:
**Please understand that we try to make the show run as softly as possible, any errors that occur will be delt with. Please also take into concideraion that there is one person running this show.**
1. Junior classes are subject to age classes from the 1st of January
2. ALL riders must wear correctly fitted head gear to PAS015/ENS1384, whilst mounted anywhere on showground.
3. Juniors under the age of 16yrs MUST wear a riding hat when handling.
3. Stallions and colts may not be ridden or led by juniors who have not attained their 14th birthday before the 1st of January of current year. They may NOT be entered in the young handler, M&M, lead rein.
4. Any animal not kept sufficiently under control will be asked to leave the showground immediately by any judge, steward or Official of the show.
5. Cantering on the showground IS NOT permitted, except in rings and official working- in areas.
6. The judges decision is FINAL in all classes. Rule 17. applies.
7. Objections are to be submitted in writing to the show secretary with in 20 minuets of the end of the class and accompanied by £10, which will be returned if the complaint is upheld.
8. Entry fees cannot be refunded except in genuine cases of injury to the rider /horse /handler.
9. Spurs are NOT be worn by seniors & juniors in the Equitation.
10. Equitation classes are to be ridden in snaffle bridles only.
11. Whips are not to exceed 30inches.
12. Please ensure that you leave with all your rubbish. Bins will be provided.
13. Novice classes– Horse/pony & rider NOT to have won 3 1st places since owning animal. This is so we can give beginners a fairer chance.
14. No animal shall be ridden under the age of 4yrs.
15. ALL children must be over the age of 4 yrs to be able to compete.
16. **WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE TO ABUSE**
( anyone who abides this rule shall not be given a qualification and will be asked to realise his/ her actions)
18. Qualification are given 2 per 6 entrants.
20. You must ensure that you have Your own adequate insurance cover for you and your horse. The club and land Owners and organisers will accept no liability responsibility what so ever in the event of any loss injury or damage to any item animal or person, taking part
